Terms & Conditions

With edition items, in most cases we will prefer to contact you personally for confirmation before items are shipped, and we will aim to contact you on the same or next gallery business day in Sydney.

With books, simple orders will ship on the next gallery business day, and we will email you to confirm dispatch.

We ship with third-party providers including Australia Post, DHL, and FedEx, and their standard terms of service apply to us all. Unless noted, all items ship from the gallery, and in-person pickup is available to be arranged during normal gallery hours: Wednesday-Saturday, 12pm-5pm.

Items shipped within Australia or collected in-person from the gallery must include Australian GST (Goods and Services tax) at the prevailing rate (10%). Items shipped to or collected in-person in New Zealand include must New Zealand GST (Goods and Services tax) at the prevailing rate (15%). Items to be shipped to the rest of the world are billed free of GST, but please be mindful that the recipient of an item shipped to other international destinations may be required to pay local charges and/or taxes on arrival, which we have no influence over.

Secure card payments are made using our appointed third-party sales platform and payment service providers Square and Snipcart. All sales take place in Australia, and all payments are calculated, processed, and made to us in Australian dollars. Any currency conversions and card or payment fees are determined by your payment provider and are charged and collected by them, not us.

New South Wales law and standard Australian consumer guarantees apply. We are unable to provide refunds for change of mind. In the unlikely occurrence that an item is damaged in transit we can accept a return: in which case the buyer must contact us in writing on the day of receipt with details and pictures if possible, and if we agree to accept a return the buyer will be responsible for return shipping to the gallery. We cannot be held responsible for orders received, paid for, and/or shipped where incorrect information has been provided to us.
